Here’s a Chol Hamoed meal that will be welcomed and appreciated without requiring too much prep time. It’s also a great way to serve leftover meat in an inviting and appealing way.
YOU WILL NEED:
- large round board
- assorted meats and deli
- choice of toppings in small bowls
- mini baguettes
- kale or romaine hearts
Arrange as shown in the picture, with the bowls of toppings in the middle surrounded by meats and deli, and a border of mini baguettes arranged on kale or romaine leaves.
