Maple-Mustard Salmon

A delicate blend of flavors that will be enjoyed by all.

Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1 side of salmon (8 fillets)
  •  2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ¼–½ tsp dried mustard
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Whisk all ingredients except for salmon together. Arrange the salmon in a baking dish and spread the maple-mustard sauce on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
