Baked Chicken à la Vodka

The sauce makes the chicken exceptionally tender and adds awesome flavor. The vodka cooks away leaving you with soft delicious tasting chicken!

INGREDIENTS

YIELDS 12 MUFFINS

  • 2½ lb (1 kg) chicken breasts
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder oil for browning chicken

 

Tomato Vodka Sauce
  • ¾ cup sugar
