Beyond the cinnamon-bun-and-ice-cream-scoop combo pictured here, my goal was to show a different way to approach dessert prep. You’d be surprised at how many miscellaneous dessert leftovers you can find in your freezer. Put them to use! Use your creativity to mix and match and create beautifully presented last-minute desserts. The mini cinnamon buns were made in a disposable mini muffin pan without paper holders. Top them with assorted icings and toppings, and plate with ice cream scoops in any way that appeals to you.
