I love looking back and seeing how things came to life. This tablescape was born back in September, when I spotted cloth in the most beautiful plaid pattern. I wasn’t sure how I would use it quite yet, but I tucked it safely away in my mental filing cabinet, to be unpacked at a later date.
There’s no better time than Chanukah to unwrap new ideas (and presents), and I’m thrilled to bring this vision to life!
Details Matter
The team of collaborators on this specific shoot worked so seamlessly together, building from each other’s inspiration and fusing ideas that went hand in hand. From the rosemary-scented flowers and white berries to the leather-like leaves and menu cards, the details created this warm and cozy Chanukah scene.
Tying It All Together
I’ve always been a fan of name cards, giving each guest that personalized touch and the recognition that their presence matters. Stringing each name card over a chunky white winter blanket just tied this cozy look together.
Candles and Wood
Wood gives a rustic look that always adds a nice touch to a Chanukah tablescape. Here we added wood-accented silverware and rattan chargers, accompanied by the gold candlesticks. And for that final touch, the pillar candles give the table a Chanukah glow.
Ideas to Savor
Here’s to savoring ideas and memories, and bringing them to life surrounded by those we love!
