TASTY ROMAINE CABBAGE SALAD
Great, easy salad; no knives or cutting involved!
Serves 10
- 1 16-oz (450-g) pkg romaine lettuce 8 oz (225-g)
- shredded purple cabbage
- handful raisins or Gefen dried cranberries
- handful cashews
DRESSING
- ½ cup Gefen mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp oil
- pinch salt
In a large bowl, combine vegetables, raisins or dried cranberries, and nuts. In a small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients. Right before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
