Tacos

Serves 2

  • 4 tortillas, warmed up on the grill
  • 4 oz (55 g) grilled Atlantic pollack or salmon
  • 4 Tbsp Fish Grill Tartar Sauce or other tartar sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Fish Grill Salsa (recipe below)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
Fish Grill Salsa
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, diced
  • 1 1/2 oz (40 g) fresh cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 3/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • pinch pepper

Place the fish on the tortillas, then add the tartar sauce, cabbage, and salsa.
