Tacos
| June 30, 2025- 4 tortillas, warmed up on the grill
- 4 oz (55 g) grilled Atlantic pollack or salmon
- 4 Tbsp Fish Grill Tartar Sauce or other tartar sauce
- 4 Tbsp Fish Grill Salsa (recipe below)
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
Fish Grill Salsa
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 oz (40 g) fresh cilantro, chopped
- juice of 1/4 lemon
- 3/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 3/4 tsp salt
- pinch pepper
Place the fish on the tortillas, then add the tartar sauce, cabbage, and salsa.
