Spirited Mango Punch
Sunny summer days are always better with a slushy fruit smoothie.
SERVES 4
- 3 cups frozen mango cubes
- 1⁄2 cup lemon sorbet
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 cup vodka
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- fresh mango slices or cubes, for garnishing, if desired
Place all ingredients except for the fresh mango in a blender and pulse until smooth. Divide among 4 cups. Add a straw to each cup and garnish with fresh mango, if desired.
Note: To make the alcoholic taste more subtle, use just ¼ cup vodka and up the pineapple juice to ¾ cup.
