Seasoned Corn on the Cob

Healthy and sooo delicious!!

SERVES 4

  • 4 Tbsp margarine, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp basil
  • ⅛ tsp chipotle seasoning or cayenne pepper
  • salt, for the cooking water
  • 4 ears corn

In a small bowl, mash the margarine with a fork. Add in the next six ingredients and mix well.

Bring an 8-quart pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn and boil for 10 minutes.

Drain the corn and dot with flavored margarine.

Note: You may increase the amount of corn ears to 8 if desired.
