Red Cabbage Salad

- 5 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage, optional
- 1⁄2 cup golden raisins, optional
- 1⁄4 cup toasted, sliced almonds, optional
DRESSING
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- pepper, to taste
Combine cabbage, raisins, and almonds in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad.
