This quick dough recipe makes enough for one of the recipe options. If you want to make all three, triple the recipe.
Pour the warm water into a bowl. Add the yeast and mix to dissolve. Add the egg and oil, then add the flour and salt and mix until combined. Add more flour if necessary, but this will be a sticky dough.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
To prepare the deep-dish pizza, use a 10-inch (26-cm) pan. For a thinner dough, use 2 9-inch (23-cm) pans.
Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the pan. Add the dough and drizzle with a bit more oil. Spread the dough over the bottom of the pan. Allow the dough to sit for 5–10 minutes, then top with sauce and cheese.
Bake for 18–20 minutes.
To prepare the cheesy garlic breadsticks, mix the olive oil, garlic, parsley, and salt. Pour ⅓ of the garlic-herb oil into a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) pan. Place dough on top of oil and add another ⅓ of the oil over it.
Spread out the dough evenly. Allow to sit for 5–10 minutes.
Bake for 18–20 minutes.
Once baked, cut into 20–25 thin slices. Top with shredded cheese. Cover tightly and allow the cheese to melt or return the pan to the oven for another 2 minutes.
Once the cheese is melted, brush on the remaining garlic-herb oil.
To prepare the cinnamon sticks with cream cheese dipping sauce, pour a thin layer of oil into a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place the dough on top and drizzle with more oil.
Spread out the dough in the pan. Allow to rise for 5–10 minutes. Sprinkle with more sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
Once ready, cut into 20–25 thin slices.
Combine cream cheese, vanilla, confectioners’ sugar, and milk. Serve cream cheese dipping sauce alongside the cinnamon sticks.
