When the goal is spreading simchah, everyone’s a winner

HAPPY-NING IN…Los Angeles

More than 400 people attended the Chai Lifeline Hoops event in Los Angeles which kicked off the Camp Simcha Without Borders summer season. Camp Simcha Without Borders, a division of Chai Lifeline, brings special events to cities around the globe, providing over a thousand children dealing with life-threatening or chronic illnesses who are unable to travel to Camp Simcha in upstate New York, the opportunity to enjoy the Simcha experience in their own hometowns. At the Los Angeles sold-out community event, held at YULA High School’s Nagel Campus Samson Gym, the team’s lineup at the sold-out community event represented ten different local schools and shuls. They played hard, but no one was in it to win. Because when the goal is spreading simchah, everyone’s a winner.
