Blueberry Bundt Cake

Blueberry Bundt Cake

A simple, basic cake with a burst of color and flavor from the blueberries.

SERVES 8

  • 112 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 34 cup oil
  • 212 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 pint blueberries

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add juice, oil, and vanilla sugar. Slowly add remaining ingredients except for blueberries and mix until combined.

Spray a Bundt pan with baking spray for easy removal. Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle blueberries over the batter. Pour remaining batter over blueberries. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
