Smear salmon fillets with spicy mayo and drizzle with sweet sauce. Top with store-bought kani salad. Drizzle with additional sweet sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake covered at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes and uncovered for an additional 6–7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with guacamole.

Tuna tip: Balsamic and garlic. Best tuna ever. And scallions… mmm...

Just Sayin' Salad dressing tip:
Most salad dressing recipes will tell you that you need around half a cup of oil. I find that’s definitely excessive. Sometimes just two tablespoons is all you need to emulsify and add the necessary fats element.

FT, help me!! What is the fastest thing you make yourself for lunch?
Whenever I make a pot of soup, I freeze some in individual portions (16 ounces). If I want a really quick lunch, I take out a container and microwave it. Depending on what type of soup it is, I’ll have it with whole wheat crackers, toast, or even grilled cheese.

What do I do if I find my child’s sippy cup in the milchig dishwasher... He just used it with his chicken last night!
The fact that your child used his sippy cup while eating chicken does not (necessarily) make the sippy cup fleishigs. Therefore, washing it in the milchig dishwasher does not make it treif, nor does it make the other dishes in the dishwasher treif.
If anything, the sippy cup that was washed in the milchig dishwasher may have become milchigs (via absorbing dairy residue during the washing cycle). You are not required to do anything about that, but if you wish to make it pareve again, just clean it well, wait 24 hours, and kasher it in boiling water.
