Baby Lamb Chops

Simple yet so delicious! I guarantee this dish will make it onto your menu!
SERVES 3
- 6 baby lamb chops
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- honey, for drizzling
- Remove lamb chops from their packaging. Smear with olive oil, then season with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Allow to sit for at least 10minutes (20 would be optimum).
- Spray a grill pan or skillet with cooking spray. Preheat over medium heat.
- Place lamb chops in the pan without crowding them. Drizzle each side with honey while searing. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: You can use fresh garlic. This recipe should not be prepared in advance.
