Baby Lamb Chops

Simple yet so delicious! I guarantee this dish will make it onto your menu!

SERVES 3

  • 6 baby lamb chops
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • honey, for drizzling
  1. Remove lamb chops from their packaging. Smear with olive oil, then season with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Allow to sit for at least 10minutes (20 would be optimum).
  2. Spray a grill pan or skillet with cooking spray. Preheat over medium heat.
  3. Place lamb chops in the pan without crowding them. Drizzle each side with honey while searing. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Tip: You can use fresh garlic. This recipe should not be prepared in advance.
