frosting
Mike and Ike jelly beans
toothpicks
Using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes.
Cut the toothpicks into thirds and stick them into the jelly beans so they resemble ice pops.
Place the “ice pops” on the cupcakes. Tip: If you’re short on time, use cake mix and store-bought frosting.
