Healthy Shake with Whole Sesame Tahini

This shake is packed with protein and fiber from tahini, has loads of flavor, and is an excellent option for those with nut allergies. Double or even triple the recipe and you have a nutritious breakfast or snack for all.

SERVES 1

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 date
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 4 Tbsp Mighty Sesame Whole Tahini Blend everything together and serve cold.
