Maple-Mustard Salmon

Ingredients
Serves 8
- 1 side of salmon (8 fillets)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp stone-ground mustard
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- ¼–½ tsp dried mustard
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Whisk all ingredients except for salmon together. Arrange the salmon in a baking dish and spread the maple-mustard sauce on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
