Seasoned Corn on the Cob

Healthy and sooo delicious!!
SERVES 4
- 4 Tbsp margarine, softened
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp basil
- ⅛ tsp chipotle seasoning or cayenne pepper
- salt, for the cooking water
- 4 ears corn
In a small bowl, mash the margarine with a fork. Add in the next six ingredients and mix well.
Bring an 8-quart pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn and boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the corn and dot with flavored margarine.
Note: You may increase the amount of corn ears to 8 if desired.
