Adina: Yup. Are you going to write that?

Zivia: I’m just asking you know making conversation. Don’t worry so much.

Sheva: She’s a much better packer than I am. She fits everything in so perfectly.

Adina: Well I moved a year ago remember? I have lots of practice. Although we didn’t have to do all this double-wrapping shampoo stuff.

Zivia: So how do you feel Sheva? Excited to go?

Sheva: Yeah I guess I am excited. I’m a little nervous though because I don’t know even a single girl who will be there…

Adina: It’s very hard to be new to have absolutely no one around that you feel comfortable with.

Zivia: So do you have any advice for Sheva?

Adina: I don’t think Sheva will make the mistakes I made. She’s not like that.

Sheva: Oh please I’ll just make new mistakes! I’m very good at making original mistakes.

Adina: Veeeery funny…

Sheva: No I’m serious if I hadn’t messed up when I went to Mrs. Brandweis—

Adina: Let’s not get into that now. It’s over. And while we’re talking about mistakes if I had just talked to you instead of—

Zivia: Um guys we covered this in the story already right? I have a word limit here so let’s not waste it okay?

Sheva: You have a word limit? How can you write a serial with a word limit? What if something important is happening? You can’t just stop in middle!

Zivia: Well actually—

Adina: I hated it when you cut me off in middle of a scene. Sometimes I had more to say and you’d just drop down this dramatic line and that would be the end!

Zivia: I really apologize but—

Sheva: Can I ask you something? Did you know the ending?

Zivia: Excuse me?

Sheva: The ending! Did you know how our story was gonna end when you started writing?

Zivia: Um yes actually I had the whole thing planned before I started writing.

Adina: What!? So there we were struggling and suffering and you knew the whole time what was going to happen?

Sheva: You knew I was going to pay Adina’s Shabbaton fee in the end? I agonized for weeks over that!
