Rabbi Kunda’s Magic
| May 13, 2015
Rebbi Storyteller Artist Rabbi Kunda born in Shanghai China in 1945 was raised in New York at a time when very few books and tapes for Jewish children existed. As a teenage Pirchei leader he entertained the boys with stories of tzaddikim using hilarious voices and characters that made his audience roar with laughter. Later as a fifth-grade rebbi at Yeshiva Tiferes Torah in Boro Park he hung illustrations of the gemara he was teaching on every blackboard in the room keeping the kids enthralled.
