The traditional Chumash seudah at the Nadvorna cheder in Bnei Brak drew more photographers than usual, and not just because the Rebbe himself participated in the event this year. They came to capture the picture of one particular joyous father and son.
Five years ago, Reb Shmuel Shachar and his wife made international news when they had their miracle baby — a first child after 46 years of marriage. And now, as little Shimon Chaim marks the beginning of his journey toward acquiring Torah, friends, relatives and well-wishers who are still rejoicing in the unbelievable came to celebrate once again.
