License Plate Bingo Each player folds a piece of paper four times in both directions to create a 5 x5 Bingo card. Mark the center square as free. Fill each square with a number from 0 to 9. As you see license plates with numbers matching your Bingo card mark the square with an X. If a number appears more than once on your board you can only mark it once per license plate. The first person to mark all the squares is the winner.
