Mr. Ronnie Sieger: Succah Seller

Hi Mr. Sieger. Can you please tell us what’s in all these boxes?

Each box has the four components of a Sieger Succah; the tarps (material used for the walls) poles connectors (metal pieces that connect the poles at their corners) and bungee cords (they wrap around the poles tying them together). That’s it!

Wow that sounds really easy.

It is! No tools needed. And the tarp is much lighter than wood. Kids can easily help put up these succahs. And when Yom Tov is over the whole thing fits in a long duffle bag — just stick that in corner of your garage and the succah will stay nice and safe for next year.

How did you come up with this idea?

I’m not the first one to think of pre-fab succahs. But I did create this one myself. One year I decided no more wood. Enough of splinters! So I looked into ordering a pre-fab succah from a company in Israel but it was very expensive. I thought “I can make this ” and made one that year. I figured out how to mass-produce it and the “Sieger Succah” was born. Now I also sell bamboo
