Color dyeing gives you the chance to achieve just the right hue and recreate an item by breathing new life into it. Once you master the techniques you’ll be inspired by the transformation that takes place. Unlike paints where the color sits on top of the fabric dyes become a part of the fibers themselves. Fabric isn’t the only material that can be dyed — you can also dye paper wood yarn rafia and even feathers and stones.
