On the way I’ll tell you a bit about Morocco and her history. Morocco is just across the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain and so it’s right at the entrance to the Mediterranean Sea. That’s why so many empires have fought to control the country.
Starting with the Phoenicians 3000 years ago Morocco has been ruled by Romans Visigoths Vandals and Byzantines. It wasn’t until the 7th century that the Arabic Moors conquered the country making Morocco Islamic.
