Miniature Succah

How did you get started with these projects? As children we were in Brooklyn and saw a succah with miniature scenes. We thought that maybe we could do this in a smaller version. We tried one project. One thing led to the next. With every project the ideas and quality were improved upon and with time and experience our projects got bigger and better. Where do you get your ideas from for the amazing projects you create? The first project we did we got the basic ideas from succah we saw. After that we started to sit together and brainstorm. We have to plan the layout size dimensions and what materials to use. What was the longest amount of time you spent on a project? The shortest? The longest we’d spend is about a half a year and the shortest would be about a month to six weeks. When do you work on the projects? Bein hazmanim. We sometimes think of ideas before and plan bits and pieces but the actual hard work is done bein hazmanim.
