Bulgaria is most famous for two things: Firstly it’s the home of yogurt; curiously the bacteria which produces yogurt is said to grow only in Bulgarian air. And secondly for its rose oil  extracted from the petals of various types of roses. Bulgaria produces about 70 percent of the world’s rose oil!
