Greek Salad Pizza

Serves 2–4
- 2 10-inch (26-cm) round whole wheat tortilla wraps
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp Lemon-Garlic Fusion Recipe in a Bottle or garlic salt, divided
- 3 oz (85 g) shredded lettuce
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 1 6-oz (170-g) can sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp confectioners’ sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with baking spray.
Place one tortilla on each prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Lemon Garlic Fusion. Slice each tortilla into four wedges.
Bake on the center rack for 4–7 minutes. (Depending if you like a crunchy base or a soft, foldable base.)
Remove from the oven and cool.
Combine dressing ingredients in a small cup and whisk until smooth. Smear 1 Tbsp dressing on each wrap. Arrange the salad ingredients on each wedge. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy.
