Honey Bourbon Steak Skewers
Sweet, tangy, with just a little hint of bourbon... These delicious skewers are the best way to enjoy steak on the grill! Feel free to change it up by using a cut other than sandwich steak and grilling it directly instead of putting it on skewers.
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp bourbon
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb (450 g) sandwich steak, cut into strips
Combine all ingredients other than meat in a ziplock bag. Add meat and set aside to marinate for a few hours, up to overnight. Remove meat from marinade and thread onto skewers. Grill or broil on high for 3–4 minutes per side, until the outside is charred.
