DREIDLES DONE RIGHT

Decorative Dreidel Cookies

If you’ve never tried cookie dip before, here’s your chance! Cookie dip is a coating used by many bakeries. It’s easy to use because it dries within seconds. It’s especially convenient here, where the cookies get dipped multiple times. It’s available in dark brown, caramel, and white and can be purchased at The Peppermill. For the colorful designs, I used colored chocolate bars.

YOU WILL NEED:

• dreidel-shaped sugar cookies

• assorted melted cookie dips or colorful chocolate

1. Starting with one color, dip the cookies into a single color in any random way. Allow to dry.

2. Repeat with the other colors.

Tip: For a group activity, use chocolate melting pots to keep the chocolate warm and liquidy while working.
