Best-Dressed Three-Cheese Salad Pizza

A true delicacy that’s elevated enough to serve at any party, yet tasty enough to put on your regular dinner rotation.


  • 1 lb (450 g) pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
  • 1 15-oz (425-g) can pizza sauce (I used Don Pepino)
  • ¼–½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2–3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • handful of shredded lettuce of your choice
  • 8 grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ small red onion, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried minced onion
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Grease a stainless steel baking sheet and stretch the pizza dough out to fit into it. Spread pizza sauce over the dough. Sprinkle the three cheeses over the sauce.
